The Contura 21 is a modern insert and fireplace that really makes a statement for the ultimate focal point. It is designed with clean lines, glass and concrete for large rooms.

One of the attractive features of this stove is that you can use it with the glass door open for an open fire effect. The door opens and closes in a guillotine fashion.

Combustion air is heated to extremely high temperatures and flushed out onto the inside of the glass, which prevents soot build up and helps the glass stay clear.

Heating efficiency is increased by the stove’s cleanburn technology, activated by sliding the control on the front of the stove to the left. This releases pre-heated combustion air into the stove, which burns off excess hydrocarbons in the smoke. This also results in cleaner emissions.

The stove comes in the following versions;
1. 21C – with white concrete modules as standard. This can be painted to really make the stove your own.
2. 21S – with a black steel front. The very outside modules are still white concrete (as per the above picture).
3. 21A – with an aluminium front panel and outside white concrete modules.

Log compartments can be added to the sides (height of the first module). You can also add an extension module to the top of the stove if your ceiling is particularly high.
